How to get there

By air to Barcelona

There are direct flights to Barcelona from all the major European cities.

From the airport to the city centre

El Prat Airport has bus, train and taxi service to the city.

Bus.
An Aerobus leaves the airport at no more than 15-minute intervals between 6:00 and 1:00 a.m. The terminal is at Plaça de Catalunya. While the seminar venue is within walking distance from there, it’s a fairly long walk, so particularly if you’re carrying luggage you may prefer to take underground Line 3 to Drassanes Station.

Train.
Trains leave the airport every 30 minutes between 6:00 a.m. and 10:59 p.m. Take the train to Sants Station and from there underground Line 3 (towards Zona Universitària/Canyelles) to Drassanes Station, about a 50-minute ride.

Taxi.
There is a taxi stand just outside the airport terminal. The fare to the centre of Barcelona comes to approximately 30 euros.

By rail to Barcelona

Barcelona has two international railway stations, Sants and França.

From the station to the city centre:
If your train arrives at Sants, underground Line 3 toward Canyelles will take you to Drassanes Station.
If you arrive at França, a taxi is certainly your most convenient option.

From anywhere in Barcelona to the meeting venue:
Underground: Drassanes (L3, green line)
City buses: 14, 59 and 91.
